Since 2016 Luyakart is specialized in mechanical paddle shifting systems for karts.
During all these years, we have acquired a solid experience in this field
Thanks to the technical feedback of our drivers in competition, we have improved the product to the maximum but it had its limits …
In 2021 we decided to create a new system that would allow us to take into account all the remarks that had been made.
We kept the best and added everything that was missing.
After months of studies, prototypes and tests, we are pleased to offer you today our most successful creation: the « ULTITEC »

LE KIT ULTITEC
Kit includes
- The control system under the steering wheel with clutch hub and handle, cables and sheaths
- Two special nassau supports
- A transmission case with its flange, its connecting rod and its ball joints
- Detailed assembly instructions and accessories

UNDER STEERING WHEEL PART
- Much more compact under steering wheel system with:- Improved paddles adjustment and grip- Improved accessibility to the steering wheel hub
- Simplification of the rudder setting
- New nassau supports that can be adapted to various body styles

ENGINE PART
- New transmission box entirely mechanical :
– Mounting flange on the engine requiring no modification (on plate or engine) and without constraints on the chassis
– Mechanical downshift assistance
– No particular adjustment when setting the chain tension (the adjustment is done as with the lever)
– Disassembly and reassembly of the engine identical to the use of a classic lever.
- Improvement of the strokes and efforts on the whole system
- Improvement of the reliability of the cables
